Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of drivers involved in a fatal or serious road collision in the 12 months of 2013; the number of drivers involved in such collisions whose alcohol level was tested at the scene of the collision or afterwards in a Garda station or hospital; and in circumstances where the alcohol level of drivers involved in fatal or serious collisions was not tested, the reasons for not having carried out the tests.
