Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Health if the reason free travel passes are not being accepted under an agreement between the HSE and LocalLink to facilitate bringing persons to day services will be reviewed; if the matter will be urgently reviewed from a HSE perspective; if his attention has been drawn to the additional costs this is putting on service users with free travel passes who are depending on social welfare income in these cases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
