Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Finance if income taxpayers can make a paper tax return manually through the post; the procedures in place to facilitate such a return; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that some income tax payers have experienced difficulties in obtaining the necessary income tax forms to make a return for 2020 in this way and also in trying to speak to someone over the phone in the Revenue Commissioners to discuss these procedures; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
