Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Education the current status of Cineáltas as an effort to address bullying in schools; if the initiative will address any shortcomings with regard to school disciplinary processes where the Garda juvenile justice system is also involved in investigating such incidences; if she is aware that for alleged GDPR reasons the outcome of such juvenile justice enquiries cannot be shared with schools' boards of management who are subsequently left in the invidious position of not being able to act on proven assaults as per Garda enquiries; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
