Deputy Robert Troy asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence when Army personnel awaiting tech three payments can expect payment to issue; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that some personnel have not received their payments despite their entitlement for same for ten years; the way in which these payments will be dealt with from a tax perspective in view to the fact they should have been paid regularly as opposed to a lump sum payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
