Deputy Martin Ferris asked the Minister for Justice and Equality his views on the accident on the N21 at Garryduff Cross, Newcastle West, County Limerick, on 12 September 2010 in which three people lost their lives; if he is satisfied that a full investigation was carried out; and his further views on whether it was acceptable that there were delays of up to ten days in interviewing the driver and three occupants of the car involved which hit the minibus.
