50 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the number of employers who pay their employees less than the national minimum wage on the basis that a monetary allowance is included as reckonable pay for the purpose of compliance with the national minimum wage where an employer provides an employee with full board and lodgings or lodgings only or full board only; and if the inclusion of this allowance is subject to any stipulation regarding the quality of the lodgings being provided.
