Deputy Cathal Crowe asked the Minister for Justice if he will consider bringing in regulations relating to not-for-profit management companies that oversee communal responsibility of apartment blocks in order that there would be a level of oversight as to the activities of the management company, there will be defined dispute mechanisms, and there will be legal compulsion on all property owners to pay their fair share of communal insurance costs; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
