Deputy Albert Dolan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation whether his Department carried out a fiscal or financial impact assessment in advance of seeking Government approval to unwind the remaining provisions of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (FEMPI) legislation; if such an assessment was undertaken, the estimated Exchequer cost identified; whether the analysis considered potential impacts on public service pay, pensions or future pay negotiations; and if he will publish or provide a copy of the assessment.
