Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to detail the practices, procedures and efforts in place to prevent the bullying and or harassment and or unlawful financial penalising of farmers/applicants to the various schemes administered by his Department, to detail the avenues of redress open to such persons in circumstances where such behaviour is alleged to occur, to detail any remedies available in circumstances where such behaviour is deemed to have occurred; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
