Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Media, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sport and the Gaeltacht if her attention has been drawn to the fact that two of the major film producer companies here currently engaged in co-productions with major US networks which have been the beneficiaries of corporation tax relief in the past five years (details supplied) are the subject of a significant number of claims before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court, including penalisation for appearing before the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
