Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 463 of 28 March 2017, if the excess smolts in the Inishfarnard site operated by a company (details supplied) were sourced from the company's hatcheries, which are licensed to stock only smolts; and, if so, the evidential issues surrounding the definition of a smolt that were cited on his Department's website as the reason for not revoking the company's licence.
