Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of life sentence prisoners on full temporary release in 2016 that were recalled to prison; if the recalls were as a result of a failure to keep the peace or be of good behaviour or a failure to be of sober habits; if they were charged with an additional offence or another condition; the type of offences which were alleged to have been committed in which a revocation of temporary release is as a result of being charged with an additional offence; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
