Deputy Michael Cahill asked the Minister for Health in her efforts to alleviate pressure on the accidend and emergency department at University Hospital Kerry and separate to the provision of the Minor Injuries Unit for Killarney town, if she will examine the possibility of additional Minor Injuries Units or at the very least a scaled down version, in all towns across the county, as this should be one of our goals in achieving a world class health service; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
