Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 has received a motor tax bill for vehicles which they do not drive and are housed in a warehouse despite having a declaration of non-use which they thought was an ongoing declaration and not an annual one as now it transpires; and the option they have to remove the charges levied on them.
