Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 450 of 31 March 2015, if the Director General of the Health Service Executive has considered the second review, and the actions taken to date; if, given this, he will seek an independent review of all contracts awarded without a competitive process by the Saolta Galway Roscommon University Hospital Group, since its establishment, and given two separate investigations by the Executive into contracts awarded to companies associated with both the then Chief Executive Officer and Chairman; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
