Durkan asked the Minister for Education the position regarding the completion of schools (details supplied); the extent to which previously made commitments in regard to the alternative use of the existing school sites remain positive with particular reference to the sharing of part of the site with a school for the provision of a public swimming pool and the commitment given in respect of a school; if, in the meantime, access and use of part of the site on a temporary basis can be made available to the authorities at a school while construction on their school takes place given the need to ensure the highest possible health and safety standards; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
