Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if Inland Fisheries Ireland carried out works on a stream (details supplied) in County Galway in May or June of 2013 without securing permission of owners and work which included banking of the sides of the stream with large stones; the reason the work was carried out; the person or section who authorised the works and if any investigation has been carried out in view of the fact that the lands adjoining the stream are now retaining water for longer.
