Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Education and Skills further to a previous parliamentary question (details supplied), if she will provide a reply to the question which was set out on two occasions, namely, why she does not accept documents from the Department of Social Protection to prove independent living, given that all checks and examinations would have been carried out by that Department; and if this should be sufficient for Student Universal Support Ireland, as that organisation has informed this Deputy's office that this decision was taken by the Department and not internally.
