Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason he is seeking payment of a foreshore licence from a person (details supplied) in County Cork for the years 2005 to 2011 when the operating company was dissolved, ceased trading and not using the licence; the reason annual payment requests for this licence were not made on an annual basis as per the written agreement dated 9 September 2004; if he will reverse the invoice issued in respect of services not rendered for this period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
