Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the number of Ministerial Orders to remove the residential category from zoned land under Section 31 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, in each year from 2020 to 2024 and to date in 2025, in tabular form; and if he will provide each Ministerial Order, the local authority, the size of the land in hectares, and the permitted density of the residential zoning prior to the coming into force of the Section 31 Ministerial Order.
