Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will confirm that the range of services and programmes of work of the Family Resource Centres will continue when the FRCs come under the aegis of the new Child and Family Support Agency that the ethos and culture of the FRC Programme will be maintained that the essential budget for the continuation of the FRC Programme be ring-fenced and that the Family Resource Centre National Forum will have representation on the board of the new agency; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
