Deputy Noel Grealish asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the position regarding housing estates where management companies have gone into receivership and the power for public lighting is being cut off and services within the estate are being discontinued, where homeowners within these estates have paid property tax in the expectation that local services would be provided but this has not been the case to date; his plans to address this situation, which has become increasingly common across the country; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
