Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to a serious allegation made by a former catering contractor who held a contract with his Department for 16 years and who alleges that as a result of inference by an official from his Department and Revenue he has been caused to lose his business; if any investigation has been made into these allegations; if he has satisfied himself that all officials within his Department acted appropriately at all times; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
