Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the level of contact between her Department, in respect of trading businesses in which employers owe a debt to the Social Insurance Fund, and the Revenue Commissioners to establish if they continue to actively trade; if she will provide a copy of the memorandum of understanding between the two organisations with regard to following up debts of these employers; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
