Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if, in relation to permits granted by his Department for the landing and overflying of civil aircraft under the Air Navigation (Carriage of Munitions of War, Weapons and Dangerous Goods) Order 1973, it is necessary for the applicant countries in question to state the final destination of the aircraft concerned, and if the stated destination has any impact on the granting or refusal of applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
