Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if the existing state aid de minimus rules to provide support to persons up to a maximum amount of at least €15,000 over three fiscal years per person under Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013 can be fully used up over one fiscal year; if there is an annual ceiling under this regulation; if there is a measure to stop giving aid of up to €15,000 per person in one fiscal year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
