Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration whether his Department has benchmarked Ireland’s data-collection practices on the educational and professional qualifications of international protection applicants against those used in comparable EU Member States; if so, to provide the results of that benchmarking exercise; if not, the reason benchmarking has not been undertaken; and whether he will now direct his Department to carry out such an exercise, including timelines for completion.
