Deputy Noel Harrington asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will ensure that the Borlin Valley-Coomhola areas in County Cork be included for the roll out of fibre optic broadband, along with Ballylickey, County Cork, which is already identified as an area where intervention is required; if same will be prioritised as there are no other options for the 40 businesses and 380 households in these areas for any other type of broadband access; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
