No. 304 of 2024, it was intended that evidence from serving or former members and family witnesses concerning psychological harm, other alleged abuse, complaints handling or deterrence between 1 January 1983 and 20 June 2024 could be excluded solely because of its connection with Jadotville in 1961; the assessment her Department recorded for the intended treatment of that evidence; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
