Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Education and Skills if she will provide a date for review of the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund or a date upon which she might consider the question of a review of the operation of the fund; and whether she plans to leave survivors of institutional abuse in limbo once again, uncertain as to whether their partners or children, whose needs are often a huge source of stress to the abuse victim, may be able to access assistance from the Caranua fund.
