Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration if the EU is funding the development of modular homes for beneficiaries of temporary protection in Ireland given that the 11 sites being developed in the State are exempted developments and are being developed under the European Union (Planning and Development), (Displaced Persons from Ukraine Temporary Protection) Regulations 2022; the full cost of the development of the 11 sites, by site together with the breakdown of the costs; the way in which these developments are funded; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
