Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 100 of 21 June and 73 of 6 July 2023, the sanctions in place for a failure to submit a consent application in accordance with the EC (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011, in respect of the type of foreshore activity referenced in Marine Notice No. 40 of 2022 and in Marine Notice No. 36 of 2022; if any sanctions were applied in relation to the foreshore activity referenced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
