Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 89 of 24 June 2014, if agreement has been reached on the implementation plan and costings in relation to the substantial technical and administrative arrangements required to effectively implement section 44 of the Road Traffic Act 2010; and when the new system will be in place in order that section 44 can be brought into force.
