Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht further to Parliamentary Question No. 853 of 6 April 2016, if she will reconsider the introduction of the Bóthar Aise scheme, even on a pilot basis, in County Kerry to help address the appalling state of some roads in the Gaeltacht which are a necessary part of our infrastructure and vital to help keep the Irish language alive; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
