Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he is satisfied that all aspects and clauses in relation to governance, oversight, compliance and due diligence have been met in respect of Horse Sport Ireland’s interests in a site (details supplied); if he has ever sought this information or information pertaining to other serious corporate governance responsibilities such as those covered by clause 10 of the service level agreement that exists between Horse Sport Ireland and his Department; and if he is satisfied that the service level agreement that has been agreed on has been and is functioning as intended.
