Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if she is satisfied that the review of the wild birds derogations (details supplied) and its public consultation phase have been sufficiently widely publicised and advertised to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all potential risks posed by wild birds, including public health and safety risks, is acquired by her Department; and if she is further satisfied this will be fully reflected in the 2018-19 derogation declaration in addition to that for future years.
