Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to the difficulties many agencies representing persons with disabilities and reduced mobility are having while using public transport, often with no customer service staff at DART stations to assist persons and ramps on Dublin Bus broken regularly; in view of the European regulation 181/2011, which states that public transport agencies are obliged to provide services to persons with disabilities, his views on these concerns; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
