Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Finance his views on when State supported banks reach agreements with individuals regarding restructuring and writing down their loans and when these agreements are subject to confidentiality agreements, if this information will be passed on by the banks for credit reference purposes or will these individuals who had loans written down continue to have good or clear credit ratings notwithstanding the write down of their loans; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
