Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Education if she will provide the circular and-or correspondence her Department issued to the National Educational Psychological Service, NEPS, in respect of not transitioning NEPS assessments on returning to school in September 2020 following lockdown (details supplied); and the reason she did not address this important decision with secondary schools ahead of enrolment procedures in view of the fact that children with autism spectrum disorder, ASD, would not meet the ASD class criteria for enrolment without these reports.
