Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 754 of 12 February 2019, if he has recovered and-or requested that part and or all of the €1.1 million funding allocated be returned to a central fund by the local authority; if the local authority will be granted further funds in order to expand on the schedule of works associated with the project; if there are litigation actions attached to the proposed project as of 18 February 2019; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
