Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the economic modelling, if any, that has been undertaken by his Department or the Health Service Executive to identify the savings that would accrue at hospital level were the primary care element of the national asthma programme to be implemented in full; and if any such economic assessment has identified the overall seed capital required to fund the programme at primary care level.
