Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he has had any engagement with the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and-or the National Asset Management Agency on NAMA’s interest in a development (details supplied) with respect to the way that NAMA’s interest could be leveraged to secure genuinely affordable homes as required under the terms of the development; and if not, if he will initiate such engagements to ensure that there is no delay to the delivery of the affordable homes at this location.
