Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government notwithstanding the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 159 of 9 October 2013, and in view of the existence of a previous report which identified outstanding drainage works to be completed by the local authority, when these works are likely to be undertaken with particular reference to the elimination of flooding of an underground car park which cannot be alleviated in the absence of action by the local authority; if the totality of outstanding issues relative to the taking in charge of the estate are likely to be addressed in the near future; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
