Deputy Terence Flanagan asked the Minister for Health the reason he is unable to publish the regulatory impact analysis carried out in connection with the Public Health (Standardised Packaging of Tobacco) Bill 2014 since under the Department of the Taoiseach guidelines it should have been prepared in parallel with the Bill and submitted to government at the same time; if all relevant Department of Taoiseach guidelines were followed in preparing the legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
