Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health his views on the fact that the then president of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, NMBI, in May 2016 signed a report on a protected disclosure submitted to the Minister's Department in September 2014 in regard to the conduct of a person (details supplied) which stated that consultants to the NMBI did not have the opportunity of interviewing the person, the subject matter of the complaint, by reason of their having left the organisation to work abroad.
