675 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his Department gave instructions to local authorities that persons who are housed by voluntary housing associations such as Respond be ineligible for transfer to a local authority scheme; if so, the course of action which is open to a person who is currently housed by a voluntary association but whose housing need has changed and who wishes to change house or location; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
