Durkan asked the Minister for Health the extent to which the throughput of patients and procedures has been maintained at all public hospital accident and emergency departments, all fully operational primary care centres throughout the country on a daily basis for the months of December 2014 and to date in January 2015; if any particular issues relating to overcrowding have been noted; if arising therefrom his proposals to address any such issues; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
