68 Deputy Frank Feighan asked the Minister for Finance if he will confirm the one year certificate in agriculture FETAC certificate in agriculture (Teagasc) is adequate requirement for relief from stamp duty under the provision for young trained farmers relief of the Stamp Duty Consolidation Act 1999 in respect of deed of transfer of lands from father to son, in view of the fact this was an acceptable document for relief on deed transfer in January 2005 in respect of same family.
