Kitt asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if her attention has been drawn to the severe effects of Government cutbacks on community and scouting organisations; if she will detail the various funding provided for these services in 2014; if she will further provide the equivalent figures for the past five years; if she will provide the figures with regard to the City of Dublin Youth Service Board; if her attention has been drawn to the difficulties inflicted on local groups and the stress caused to local organisers trying to continue to cope with inadequate resources; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
